As our new Fire Safety Manager in the Building Safety Team, youll play a vital role in keeping our customers and homes safebringing clarity, structure and action to one of the most important parts of what we do.
What youll do Lead fire safety inspections, manage contractors and review assessment quality Spot trends and risks early, taking action before they escalate Guide remedial work and post-checks to make sure everythings resolved properly Prepare for audits and respond confidently when things go wrong Train and support colleagues to understand their fire safety responsibilities Contribute to safety case reports and golden thread data to support wider compliance Why join us?
