Supported Living Worker (CQC) – Accommodation Based

Location: Hull, Kingston House

Contract: Temporary 12 months, full-time 37.5 hours per week, rota including sleep-ins and weekends

Salary: £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum pro-rata) plus benefits such as Health Cash Plan

About the role: Join our team to support customers with complex needs in developing independence and achieving their goals within our rated Outstanding CQC service. You will make a positive impact daily by assisting with practical tasks, personal care, attending appointments, and supporting personal development.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks to promote independence
• Supporting with meals, shopping, budgeting, and tenancy maintenance
• Facilitating attendance at appointments, hobbies, or work/college
• Supporting personal care and medication needs as per support plans
• Conducting risk assessments, support planning, and reviews

Requirements:

• A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it
• Passion for supporting others and working collaboratively
• Experience caring for others, either professionally or personally
• Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and be resilient
• Flexible and attentive to individual customer needs

Job details:

• Flexibility to meet customer needs, including occasional adjustments to start/finish times
