You have

A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

Strong collaboration skills when working with external agencies, including emergency services and social care professionals.

Excellent telephone communication skills, with the ability to support, guide, and advise customers and colleagues.

Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions under pressure.

Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to respond appropriately.

You’ll work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. (Mon – Fri between 5pm-9pm and Sat and Sun 9am-9pm)

You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)

A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
