What you’ll do:

  • Support customers with daily living tasks, building independence and achieving goals in support plans.
  • Assist with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.
  • Complete risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
  • Time for chats, relationship building, and teamwork, no rushing between customers.

The practical bits:

  • Occasionally our customers’ needs mean your start and finish times may change; we will always try to reciprocate when we ask for flexibility.
  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
  • Confident using technology for plans, training, and collaboration.
  • Rata based working, with the earliest start of 7.45 am and the latest finish of 20.45 pm.
