What you’ll do:

  • Introduce and run our Home Group Achievement Programme (HAP), offering a friendly face and steady support to our customers with alcohol or substance misuse needs feel ready to start and move forward with their recovery.
  • You’re an inspirational key partner in a multi-agency team approaching customers with encouragement and guidance to keep their tenancies, grow their independence and work towards goals that matter to them; independence and achievement of their life goals.
  • Customer group is adults 18-60.

You have:

  • Experience of working with a vulnerable customer group.
  • Experience of adult learning, working on a 1 to 1 basis or small group.
  • Qualifications - Level 3 in Health and social care.
  • Technical skills such as partnership working and experience on working on own initiative.
  • Transferable skills such as active listening, advocating and providing praise and feedback.
  • Work pattern to be discussed as working alongside another colleague as part of split role.
  • Able to use technology including Outlook, Word, Excel and internet browse.

You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
