This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offering a salary of £24,638 per year (£12.60 per hour) plus benefits, including a Health Cash Plan. The role is live-in, with an onsite property provided rent-free.

Join our leasehold retirement team as a live-in Scheme Manager. You will ensure the smooth operation of our retirement community, manage the buildings, and support residents to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the scheme to ensure safety, security, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Engage with residents, respond to calls, and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Oversee cleanliness and safety of communal areas, encouraging social interaction among residents.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and source local suppliers as needed.
  • Assist residents by signposting to relevant support services.
  • Support the sales process by welcoming new residents and assisting with move-ins.
Candidate Profile
  • Passionate about customer service and able to build relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Knowledge of issues affecting older adults, including safeguarding and risk assessments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners.
  • Strong administrative skills, including managing accounts, budgets, and invoicing.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

  • Working hours may be flexible; some evening work may be required.
  • Proficiency with technology for record-keeping and online collaboration is necessary.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is required, which we will fund.
