Job Description – Salesforce Admin (25932) Location: Hybrid working – One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle city centre. Type: Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Salary: circa £45K (negotiable based on skills and experience) plus benefits including health cash plan! About Us: Do you have experience working with Salesforce? Join us as a Salesforce Admin during an exciting growth phase. This is a new opportunity within our IS team, focusing on managing our Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Admin will support the development and maintenance of our Salesforce platform and foster Salesforce skills across the team. Typical Day: Collaborate with IS, project teams, and the business to enhance our Salesforce offering for customer and colleague benefit. Act as a Salesforce evangelist, demonstrating its benefits and supporting training and user adoption. Manage environment performance, data quality, and updates proactively. Develop secure, efficient, and valuable Salesforce solutions. Proactively identify solutions for unarticulated business needs. Participate in agile ceremonies and continuously improve Salesforce processes. Requirements: Minimum 12 months experience as a Salesforce Admin. Experience in building, configuring, and delivering Salesforce solutions. Salesforce Certified Administrator or working towards certification.
