Working from our office in Belmont Durham covering the North East. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday) £42,636 per annum plus van, generous on call allowance and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

You’ll supervise and direct our multi-trade repairs teams and sub-contractors to deliver a customer focused service, working across both responsive and void properties.

- Leading our trades team to deliver a right first time, whole job repair approach which is compliant and of high-quality.
- Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards, working within budget, KPIs and service standards.

- Successfully managing internal teams and sub-contractors in delivering on our customer promise.
