What you’ll do
- Be the first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network isn’t around to help.
- Manage the health and safety of the building, patrolling to check fire doors, making sure everything is locked and secure.
- Think on your feet and manage a situation on the spot, such as investigating suspicious activity or raising the alarm when we need to engage the emergency services.
- Help us make sure that everything is clean and tidy.

You have
- Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
- Experience of caring for others – professionally or personally.
- Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
- Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues.
Working hours are flexible and will involve covering shifts within the existing team as required, allowing you to manage your own diary. Core working hours will include a mix of evening and night shifts. You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay).
