We support our customers with range of support needs which may include frailty and dementia, we help them regain or maintain their independence and live well in their own homes.
Some of our customers have more complex support needs and may require personal care, including bathing, toileting and getting dressed.
What youll do We provide 24-hour support to our customers Customer group is adults over the age of 55 Working closely with the care team to follow support plans and reporting any concerns.
