Job Description – Property Sales Assistant (251040)

Job Title: Property Sales Executive

Location: Hybrid working from our office in Newcastle city centre, from home, and onsite

Type: Temporary (until end of Aug 2026), full-time (37.5 hpw)

Salary: c£27,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits including Health Cash Plan

Description: We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Statutory Sales and Resales team, supporting customers in achieving their homeownership goals. As a Property Sales Executive, you will meet sales targets and deliver a customer-focused experience, promoting our homeownership services.

Typical Day:

  • Manage all sales activity, progress sales, and achieve targets.
  • Assess potential customers\’ ability to purchase and guide through approval processes.
  • Support marketing campaigns related to sales, resales, staircasing, and statutory sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions for reporting.
  • Attend open days, launches, and sales events.

You Bring:

  • Experience in property sales, marketing, and sales processes.
  • Knowledge of resales, staircasing, and statutory sales, with confidence to manage from start to finish.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of mortgage processes and homeownership schemes.
  • Comfort with digital marketing tools or willingness to learn.

Additional Information: Due to sponsorship limitations, we cannot offer sponsorship to external candidates currently.

Job Details:

  • 37.5 hours per week, managing your own diary.
