Home Group is seeking a Housing Manager for Homeowner (Leasehold and Shared Ownership) in the Central Income Collections team. This fixed-term, part-time role (25 hours per week) is primarily remote with occasional on-site visits across Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire, including Peterborough.
You will lead leasehold/shared ownership income collection, reduce arrears, and deliver excellent customer service while working with Housing Managers and the Homeowner team.
