About the role
Salary circa £32,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on skills and experience, plus 34 days leave, rising to 39, and 2 paid volunteering days each year.

Join us as a Housing Manager for Homeowner (Leasehold and Shared Ownership) income at Home Group, in our awesome Income Collections team in the Central region. You'll be our leasehold/Shared Ownership contact for income collection to ensure our income is maximised and arrears are managed. You'll provide first class customer service, delivering our customer promise every day!
Working closely with our Housing Managers in the community and the Homeowner team, you will be actively collecting Leasehold/Shared Ownership charges. You will need to have experience of income collection. Come and showcase your skills! You'll join our team with a real focus on leasehold and Shared Ownership income collection.
