What you’ll do:
- No two days are the same! One day you may be supporting a customer with a Hap workbook within a service, the next day you may be doing the same out in the community enjoying a coffee at the same time.
- You will be working with customers from a whole range of backgrounds, some with complex support requirements, so every day will be different and may not go as you planned.
- If you do find yourself with some spare time, you will be promoting the HAP, calling potential customers and promoting Home Achievement Program with relevant external agencies.
- Being proactive and ensuring that all customers engaged have clear and achievable expectations for submitting completed workbooks and clear guidance for future involvement with the HAP.

The practical bits:
- 25 hours per week work pattern with the option to manage your own diary.
- Although you may at times lone work, we do get together regularly [in the daytime] for training and team meetings.
- Able to use technology to support your customers, complete online training and to collaborate with your colleagues.
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
- At times there may be a need to travel to meet our customers. To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!
