What you'll do:
- Be visible and proactive on our estates to build strong links with our communities.
- Support housing managers with their patches to improve neighbourhoods.
- Handle tasks like managing voids, liaising with local authorities, carrying out estate inspections and meeting contractors on site.
- Complete and record routine safety checks in buildings and communities.
- Keep admin up to date, including records, ordering and arranging payments for works.
