What you'll do:

  • Be visible and proactive on our estates to build strong links with our communities.
  • Support housing managers with their patches to improve neighbourhoods.
  • Handle tasks like managing voids, liaising with local authorities, carrying out estate inspections and meeting contractors on site.
  • Complete and record routine safety checks in buildings and communities.
  • Keep admin up to date, including records, ordering and arranging payments for works.
