The predicted salary is between 22800 - 28800 ÂŁ per year.
Working in our properties across the North East. Permanent, full time 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis. ÂŁ28,822 per annum plus van and great benefits including matching pension contributions.

What You’ll Do
- Complete all allocated jobs right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
- Support our trades team across a range of repairs, maintenance and property refurbishment tasks including Joiners, Roofers, Decorators, Bricklayers, Plumbers etc.
- Site activities including clearing, disposals, driving and storage of materials.
- Support to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes.
- Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
- Work in our properties in/across Area (this needs to be a commutable distance for you).
- All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have
- Experience in a range of semi-skilled work in a maintenance environment.
- Knowledge of building construction and building trade activities.
- A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
- A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
The practical bits
- Working Monday to Friday.
- You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
- You’ll need a Basic DBS and health check done, we pay for that.
