Earn £33,433 per year, with a van and a generous on-call allowance, plus 34 days leave and instant access to pay with ‘Stream’. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday. Working in our properties across the North East, our office is based at Mercury House, Belmont, Durham.

What you’ll do:
- Carry out plastering and tiling repairs, maintenance and refurbishments.
- Complete whole jobs with a multi-skilled approach.
- Use mobile technology to log jobs and keep things moving.
- Work safely and follow all health and safety rules.
- Look after your van, tools and materials.

You have:
- NVQ Level 2 in plastering or tiling.
- Experience in domestic housing repairs and maintenance.
- Skills in other trades and a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
We work between the hours of 08:30 am to 4:30 pm with an on-call allowance. You’ll cover a patch in the North East region, working across key locations. You get a van for business use and commuting, plus a fuel card. You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for.
