You’ll build web solutions people rely on every day. Working in an agile team, you’ll turn ideas into reliable digital services that make life easier for customers. This is a role where you can grow your skills, learn from others, and see your work make a real difference.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with developers, UX designers, testers and product owners.
- Write clean, accessible code with testing built in from the start.
- Take part in agile ceremonies and help improve team ways of working.
- Support live services and help resolve issues when they arise.
You’ll join a supportive digital team that values learning, collaboration and doing things properly. You’ll have space to grow, try new approaches, and build confidence in your skills. You have:
- Experience working as a web or software developer, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building APIs using REST or GraphQL with PostgreSQL.
- Testing tools such as Jest, Cypress or React Testing Library.
- Worked in an Azure cloud environment with CI/CD pipelines.
Hybrid working: from home and two days a week from our office in Newcastle City Centre.
