This is a great opportunity to join our team here in Newcastle. You will be our induction lead, taking new colleagues into a journey of discovery through our Supported Housing portfolio and induction programme. Our induction has maintained high satisfaction scores, and we would love you to be part of the success. You’ll also focus on managing our strong flexible bank worker team. You will have the passion and dedication to really make our bank team feel at home. Developing and nurturing talent, setting colleagues up to succeed is key to this role. What you’ll do:
Your main priorities will be managing our Newcastle flexible bank team and leading our 4-day induction programme. Be a brilliant team communicator, ensuring our flexible bank team feel right at home and are regularly updated with key information and learning compliance. You will have a keen eye for working policies and procedures and maintain strong links with our supported housing service managers, keeping engagement at the heart of what you do. As the induction lead, you will ensure that everyone has a brilliant first impression that counts and lasts! This 4-day programme sets new starters up for success, maintaining high satisfaction levels across all induction groups. A continuous improvement mindset will help you stand out.

You have:
- Previous management experience/induction trainer would be a bonus, but transferable skills are welcome.
- Energy and commitment to our brilliant behaviours.
- Experience of group facilitation, preferably up to 10 people.
- A good working knowledge of key learning and development theories/practices.
- Awesome organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
The practical bits:
Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, with flexible working times discussed. You will be based across both of our central Newcastle offices, with working from home days too. An Enhanced DBS check will be required, and we pay for that.
