Salary £32,000 pa, plus 34 days leave, including bank holidays and a “me day”. Permanent full time (37.5 hpw). One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne.
We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our Statutory Sales and Resales team, supporting our customers to achieve their home ownership goals. As a Shared Ownership Sales Executive, you will deliver a fantastic customer focused experience to current and potential customers, promoting our home ownership services.
Responsibilities:- Managing all shared ownership resales activity, progressing sales and achieving targets.
- Assessing potential customers' ability to purchase properties, guiding through the agreed approval process.
- Supporting with marketing and campaigns relevant to each sale, including resales, staircasing and statutory sales campaigns.
- Keeping accurate records on statutory sales and resales transactions, supporting monthly and annual reporting.
- Attending open days, launches and other sales activities.

You have:- A property sales background, with experience in the end-to-end process of shared ownership resales.
- Knowledge of resales and staircasing, confident to progress from start to finish.
- Superb customer service and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of the mortgage process, financial assessments, intermediate, outright and affordable home ownership schemes.
- Comfortable working with digital marketing media or can quickly learn.

The practical bits:- You’ll work core hours between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
- Following a successful induction period, this will be a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office, 3 days working at home.
