You'll help bring new and changed IS services into the business, making sure our support teams have everything they need to deliver a great experience for colleagues. Success in this role means technology changes happen smoothly, with the right people, processes and knowledge in place before go-live.
What you'll do
β€’ Coordinate service readiness activities across projects, suppliers and support teams.
β€’ Identify risks, gaps and dependencies before services move into live use.
β€’ Build strong relationships that keep change moving smoothly and safely.
β€’ Support service management processes and help drive continual improvement.
β€’ Ensure knowledge, documentation and ownership are in place before go-live.

You have
β€’ Experience supporting service transition activities, projects or service change.
β€’ Strong communication skills, translating technical information for different audiences.
β€’ Knowledge of service management principles, an ITIL qualification or equivalent experience.
β€’ Experience organising competing priorities and managing a varied workload.
β€’ Confidence working collaboratively across teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
