What You’ll Do
- Prepare financial analysis to support development and delivery decisions
- Track monthly changes in our pipeline and explain the financial impact
- Partner with project managers to challenge and improve performance
- Support the Senior Finance Manager - Development with reporting and insights
- Help us make smart, commercial choices that benefit our customers

You have
- A part or full finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) or equivalent experience
- Strong business partnering skills and commercial awareness
- Experience in a finance team, ideally within development or delivery
- An eye for detail and a clear view of the bigger picture
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, changing environment

The practical bits
- You'll work Monday to Friday
- You'll manage your own diary
- We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane office, with the rest from home.
