Leading our Group Finance and transaction teams, you'll support strategic decision-making by turning complex financial information into clear insight, provide trusted challenge and make sure strong controls underpin everything we do. This is an exciting time to join us as we begin our next chapter under the leadership of our new CEO, Helen and CFO, Chris.
What you'll do Shape our annual budget, forecasts and long-term financial plans, making sure resources are focused where they will have the greatest impact.
Influence decisions at the highest level, giving our Executive Team and Board clear insight, sound advice and clear financial reporting to make informed decisions with confidence.
Lead trusted, transparent reporting across the Group, including our financial statements, external audit, regulatory returns, subsidiaries and joint ventures.
Supercharge the performance of Group Finance, Management Accounts, Accounts Payable, Income Management and Payroll. You'll create the clarity, trust and culture that enable our talented teams to thrive.
Strengthen our controls, systems and services, building relationships across Home Group so financial risks, opportunities and forecasts are understood early to enable effective planning.
