- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards it.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and how to apply them.
- Experience building open, honest cultures and encouraging reflective practice.

- The practical bits
- You’ll work Monday to Friday 9-5, flexibility is required both to meet the needs of the customer and to offer you time to make the important events in your life.
- You’ll do the occasional weekend on call.
- You’ll work in services throughout Newcastle and will access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
- You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
