Salary circa £60,000 per year plus 34 days leave, rising to 39 (this includes bank holidays and a “me day”), with the option to buy 5 more each year. And 2 paid volunteering days each year!

We have a fabulous opportunity for you to hit the ground running, shaping and delivering our 30-year planned maintenance investment plan, turning strategy into action. A hands-on opportunity to make a visible difference and leave a strong legacy.
What you’ll do:- Lead the development of the 5-year investment plan to include planned maintenance, retrofit and other major works programmes.
- You’ll work alongside Asset, Retrofit, Maintenance, and Building Safety colleagues to ensure future programmes are identified, robust, deliverable and in line with Business Plan expectations.
- Review large amounts of information and be able to challenge data in order to ensure funding is targeted correctly.
- Be able to present financial and programme information to Asset Panel and other governance forums.

You have:- You’ll have experience of working in Social Housing and have a professional accountancy qualification or a relevant building qualification (RICS/ CIOB).
- You’ll have an understanding of underlying business processes, forecasting, data modelling and reporting, and are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- You will be a skilled negotiator, with excellent influencing skills.
Hybrid working – 2 days at our head office in Newcastle and the rest from home.
