What You’ll Do
- Manage and improve our asset management systems, making sure data is accurate, reliable and trusted across the business.
- Produce insightful reports and dashboards turning complex data into clear information to support better business decisions.
- Maintain strong data governance, quality controls and processes that keep property information complete, consistent and fit for purpose.
- Enable robust investment, appraisal and planning decisions through data confidence.
- Lead system, process and data improvements, providing governance and assurance that keeps our asset information accurate, compliant and fit for the future.
- Lead and support a small team, creating a positive environment where colleagues develop, collaborate and deliver great outcomes.

You have
- Strong experience managing complex asset, property or operational data, ensuring information is accurate, reliable and trusted by colleagues.
- Good knowledge of asset management systems, stock condition data and data governance, with the ability to maintain high-quality information.
- Strong analytical skills, turning complex data into clear reports, dashboards and insights that support informed decision-making.
- A curious and practical approach to problem solving, with experience improving processes, systems and ways of working.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work confidently with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative, organised and detail-focused approach, with the confidence to act as a trusted technical expert and drive positive change.
