About The Role
As our Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll be a valued member of the team, learning by doing and supporting colleagues with meaningful, hands‑on work. No two days are the same, and you’ll be trusted with real responsibilities while being fully supported as you develop.
You’ll Learn How To
- Be a team player, delivering a cracking workspace experience through fun and meaningful events
- Be confident in communicating with a range of different people
- Face the challenges of balancing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines
- Use your brilliant personality to impress our colleagues, visitors and community sector – when one of us shines we all shine!
- Prepare meeting rooms and other spaces for large events. This role involves hands‑on, physical work, including moving and setting up chairs and tables.
What qualification will you gain?
Customer Service Assistant level 2 apprenticeship with possible progression onto a level 3. Your academic learning will be delivered by one of our specialist apprenticeship providers, with support from an experienced tutor and your team. You’ll be given dedicated time to attend learning sessions, complete your studies, and access learning materials alongside practical, on‑the‑job experience. You’ll combine structured study with hands‑on learning, building the skills and confidence to support your long‑term career.

- Have achieved a level 1 in English and Mathematics, if you don’t already have this – this is built into your apprenticeship learning
- Are IT confident, or at the very least have a basic understanding, particularly using Outlook
- Are keen to learn and develop new skills e.g., communication both verbal and written

- Are organised, curious and willing to ask questions
