It’s an exciting time to join us; Elstone is a new service for Home Group offering support to 16 and 17 year old young people. The service will aim to support customers to learn the independent living skills needed to ensure a successful tenancy. The service works in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure service provision is effective, focused and responsive to individual needs.
