Working in our properties across the North Lakes. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis). Salary £34,603 per annum plus van and great benefits including up to 34 days leave.

What you’ll do:

  • Bricklaying across repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments.
  • Delivering high‑quality and compliant work.
  • Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes.
  • Working in our properties in/across Area (needs to be a commutable distance for you). All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have:

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in brickwork or equivalent.
  • Experience in all aspects of bricklaying within a maintenance environment.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
  • A full current driving licence as you’ll be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
  • Working Monday to Friday, you’ll also be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota with colleagues with an additional generous on‑call payment.
  • You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
  • You’ll need a Basic DBS and health check done and we pay for that.
