What You’ll Do
  • Providing regulated care, including administration of medication and personal care such as bathing and dressing.
  • Assisting customers with practical daily living tasks to develop independence and achieve goals set in their support plans.
  • Supporting customers with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, budgeting and community support.
  • Helping customers attend appointments, participate in hobbies and interests, or attend college or work.
  • Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.

You have
  • A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or willingness to work towards this.
  • Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail.
  • Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally.
  • Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach.
  • A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs, recognising that every customer is different.
The practical bits

Flexible working patterns will be available on a rota basis due to the service needing cover 24/7. We may need to adapt your start or finish times on occasion to meet customer needs. Using technology for creating and updating support plans, mandatory learning and communication with colleagues. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check, and we pay for that.
