What you’ll do
- You’ll provide outstanding customer service and protect our income!
- You’ll be a part of a National Income focused team which will involve the collection of Former Tenant Arrears and arrears Case Management.
- Administration tasks around Universal Credit along with other income collection tasks.
- You’ll work closely with National colleagues to make sure that we are accountable, commercial, caring and energised with everything we do.

You have
- You’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a genuine passion around income protection.
- You are a real collaborator, working with other national colleagues, external partners as well as our Customer Service Centre colleagues and our Housing Managers.
- You’ll use your creative spark and keen eye for detail to ensure our income collections work streams are kept up to date.
- Naturally empathetic, you build rapport quickly and have a sound understanding of maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- It will also be brilliant if you have experience in debt collection and a basic understanding of housing management, housing law and universal credit too!
You will have the flexibility of both home and office working in one of our local offices and we’ll give you the technical kit to make that easy.
Flexible working hours or There may be some flexibility to adapt your working hours, do let us know about this when you meet us at the interview.
You’ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that.
