What You’ll Do
- Review and redesign maintenance specifications to make them clear, consistent, and future‑focused.
- Act as the go‑to expert for colleagues across development, delivery, and planned maintenance teams.
- Build and manage robust specifications using NBS Chorus for group‑wide use.
- Embed maintenance thinking into new projects, products, and delivery models.
- Champion standardisation that improves quality, compliance, and customer experience.

You have
- A degree in construction or built environment, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of repairs, maintenance, and building regulations.
- Experience working with specifications, contracts, and technical information.
- Confidence working collaboratively and constructively challenging ideas.
- Clear communication skills for explaining complex requirements to different audiences.

You’ll manage your own diary. We typically work on a hybrid basis with time in our Newcastle office and from home.
