What you’ll do:
- Build trusted relationships with customers across your patch and local communities.
- Take ownership of housing issues from first contact through to resolution.
- Manage anti-social behaviour cases early to keep neighbourhoods safe and welcoming.
- Carry out estate inspections and work with contractors to keep homes compliant.
- Work with partners to support customers and protect income for reinvestment.

You have:
- Experience in housing management or a similar customer focused role.
- Confidence managing anti-social behaviour and complex customer situations.
- Knowledge of housing law, safeguarding, and sustaining tenancies.
- Strong organisation skills and take ownership from start to finish.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You’ll work Monday to Friday with the occasional evening or weekend meeting when required to meet our customer’s needs. The role is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office with the rest of the days in the community or working from home. You’ll cover a patch of approximately 400 homes, working across local neighbourhoods and communities in Harrow, Brent, Haringey and Enfield. You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage. You need an enhanced DBS check that we pay for.
