We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our kind and caring team. We support our customers with a range of support needs which may include frailty and dementia; we help them regain or maintain their independence and live well in their own homes. Some of our customers have more complex support needs and may require personal care, including bathing, toileting and getting dressed.
What you'll do:
- Support our customers in their own apartment who have a range of support needs including frailty and dementia.
- Help to regain or maintain independence and live well in their own home by carrying out everyday daily living activities by themselves.
- Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
- Supporting customers who have more complex needs with personal care including bathing, toileting and getting dressed.
- Assisting in the delivery of tasks based on our customers' personal support plans, making them feel valued, respected and maintaining their dignity.
