Lead Support Worker

Pay ÂŁ13.21 per hour (ÂŁ25,838 per annum)plus health cash plan and instant pay access with Stream

Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw)

West Yorkshire – Leeds, Huddersfield, Wakefield area

You’ll be part of a central team that steps in when services need cover, so no two days are the same. If you’re ready to leave behind the same old routine and do something that matters, this could be your next move.

What you’ll do

Create person-centred support plans and lead a small team to deliver them

Support customers with mental health, substance use, homelessness and isolation

Help people build daily living skills and confidence in their community

Carry out risk assessments, reviews and safeguarding checks

Set up and end tenancies, making sure customers feel safe and supported

You’ll work Monday to Sunday on a rota-based system

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week on a rota-based system

You’ll cover a patch across services in West Yorkshire

You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for
