Looking for a role where you can help people turn their lives around? As our Lead Support Worker (known by us as Support Coordinator), you’ll support customers with complex needs in their homes and out in the community.
You’ll be part of a central team that steps in when services need cover, so no two days are the same. If you’re ready to leave behind the same old routine and do something that matters, this could be your next move.
What you’ll do
Create person-centred support plans and lead a small team to deliver them
Support customers with mental health, substance use, homelessness and isolation
Help people build daily living skills and confidence in their community
Carry out risk assessments, reviews and safeguarding checks
Set up and end tenancies, making sure customers feel safe and supported

You’ll work Monday to Sunday on a rota-based system
