The predicted salary is between 22700 - 32700 ÂŁ per year.

Earn ÂŁ27,338 per year and great benefits including Health Cash Plan. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) plus on call shift payment of ÂŁ14.30 per session. Worcestershire - primarily within our Worcester services.

This is your chance to unleash the potential in our colleagues whilst delivering excellent outcomes for our customers! You’ll manage our services which house customers experiencing mental health conditions within our 24hr services and our dispersed and community support services.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll be the Safeguarding Lead and will manage our passionate and dedicated team of Support Workers and Coordinators.
  • Being present within the service to understand how it runs and identify opportunities to improve quality.
  • Stepping in during crisis situations and supporting customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Overseeing maintenance issues and managing the service budget effectively.
  • Attending multi‑agency meetings and steering groups to represent and develop the service.

You have

  • Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment.
  • To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage! This is essential for this role.

The practical bits

  • The role is primarily Monday-Friday 9-5, however there may be times where you will be required to cover the service - so flexibility is a requirement with this role.
  • You will be expected to provide cover in Worcester and Kidderminster - however this role will be primarily based within our Worcester services.
  • You will be based at one of our 24hr services. This role will be covering a mixture of the support services within the team so you will have to manage your diary effectively.
  • You’ll be able to use technology for monitoring spending on the budgets, ensuring that the paperwork that the staff team are completing is meeting the quality standards, setting rotas to ensure the services are always covered, creating documents to incorporate into the service.
  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
