The predicted salary is between 50000 - 50000 £ per year.

Up to £50,000 per year (dependent on skills and experience) plus health cash plan saving you and your children over £1140 a year.

Permanent, full-time (37.5 hpw) Hybrid-based Newcastle city centre or one of our other nationwide offices.

You will work closely with a supportive legal team, sharing knowledge and building strong partnerships across the business, having the chance to shape outcomes, influence decisions, and grow your expertise.

What you'll do:

  • Advise on housing litigation, including anti-social behaviour and tenancy breach cases.
  • Prepare court applications, statements, and all supporting evidence.
  • Represent the organisation at court or instruct external legal support.
  • Manage a wide range of housing management legal matters.
  • Support policy and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
