Job Description – Housing Management Coordinator (251025)

Location: Exeter – Northgate Court Project

Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Β£13.21 per hour (Β£25,838 per annum) plus benefits including Health Cash Plan

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team in Exeter. You will focus on tenancy support, ensuring customer homes are safe and well maintained.

Typical Day

  • Manage a diverse caseload, booking works, handling emergency issues, and supporting customers with their housing needs.
  • Support customers from varied backgrounds, all over 18 and experienced in homelessness.
  • Assist customers with licensing, housing benefits, and legal notices, including court attendance if necessary.
  • Prepare rooms for new tenants and ensure properties are occupied within set timescales.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and maintenance standards are met.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in housing management, including rent collection and legal actions.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, supporting colleagues and customers.
  • Proactive, organized, and confident in collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Additional Information

Due to sponsorship limitations, we cannot currently offer sponsorship to external candidates. This is under regular review.

Team and Support

You will join the ETAAS team, supporting customers rebuilding their lives after homelessness or housing breakdown, alongside dedicated colleagues and management.

Job Details

  • Four-week rolling rota, including weekends, with 11.5-hour shifts, 3-4 days per week
  • Based at Exeter city centre locations
  • Focus on health and safety, compliance, and technology use for support plans and benefits
  • Enhanced DBS check required (paid for by us)
