Hybrid working from our office at Liverpool Street, London, from home and onsite. Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week).

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Statutory Sales team, supporting our customers, both tenants and leaseholders, to achieve their home ownership goals. As a Home Purchase Executive (known internally by us as Statutory Sales Executive), you’ll meet our sales income and targets as you deliver a fantastic customer focused experience, promoting our home ownership services.

Typical day as a Statutory Sales Executive:

  • Promoting and delivering Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and staircasing campaigns.
  • Supporting customers and handling Right to Acquire and Right to Buy sales - end to end activities, progressing sales and achieving targets.
  • Managing end to end staircasing transactions.
  • Assessing potential customers' ability to purchase properties, guiding through the agreed approval process.
  • Supporting with marketing and campaigns relevant to each sale, including resales, staircasing and statutory sales campaigns.
  • Keeping accurate records on statutory sales and resales transactions, supporting monthly and annual reporting.
  • Attending open days, launches and other sales activities.

You bring:

  • A property sales and marketing background, with a minimum of a year’s experience in Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Staircasing.
  • Confidence to progress from start to finish.
  • Superb customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of the mortgage process, financial assessments, intermediate, outright and affordable home ownership schemes.
  • Comfortable working with digital marketing media or can quickly learn.
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce.

Job details:

  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • You’ll manage your own diary.
  • This is a hybrid role and you’ll spend a minimum of 2 days in the office, others working at home or across our property locations where required.
  • Able to use technology for keeping accurate records, online advertising and marketing, producing reports and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
