Fixed term 6 months, full time (37.5 hpw), Mon‑Fri 9‑5 Harlow, Essex.
As our Housing and Property expert, you'll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, you'll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts.
What you'll do:
- Working with our Independent Living over 55 customers.
- Making sure that our customers' properties are homes they can be proud of, you'll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies whilst ensuring that we are health and safety compliant.
- Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
- Where there is a need, you'll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.
- Getting rooms ready for the next customers who need our help and for maximum occupancy, you'll turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales.
