Salary: £27,613 per annum, pro rata (£14.12 per hour)

Permanent part time (12 hpw), flexible hours

Location: Exeter city centre, Devon

We have a brilliant opportunity to join our fantastic ETAAS team. We need multi-skilled hands-on practical support to help our colleagues deliver services to our customers.

We work with customers who have experienced street homelessness in a 19 bed hostel in the city centre, and we need you to step in to get jobs done quickly and safely, so we can continue to get people off the streets without delay.

What you'll do:

  • Perform minor or emergency repairs, decorating and cleaning in properties and communal areas.
  • Handle tasks like hanging curtain poles, moving furniture, touching up paint, changing washers, unblocking sinks, and clearing grounds.
  • Carry out regular fire safety checks.
  • Work with colleagues, contractors and customers.
  • Liaise with Customer Service Centre and contractors to report and follow up on repairs outside your remit.
