Youll supervise and direct our multi-trade Electricians and sub-contractors to deliver a customer focused, compliant service, working across both responsive and void properties.
What youll do Leading our trades team to deliver a right first time, whole job repairs and maintenance approach which is compliant and of high-quality.
Ensuring all?works (including installations, repairing and servicing) are completed to the highest standards, working within budget, KPIs and service standards.
Managing health and safety, ensuring we comply with regulatory, health and safety standards.
Successfully managing internal teams and sub-contractors in delivering on our customer promise.
