What you'll do:
- Act as NICEIC Duty Holder, ensure all work meets legislation.
- Lead Supervisors and Electricians delivering compliant repairs and installations.
- Manage performance of teams, subcontractors and suppliers against KPIs and budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Drive productivity, quality and value for money.
- Improve service delivery through continuous improvement and innovation.
