You'll have real influence across the organisation, work closely with senior leaders and help shape the future of building and customer safety across one of the UK's largest housing providers.
What you'll do
- Lead Home Group's approach to building safety and landlord compliance.
- Act as Duty Holder and Accountable Person across our national portfolio.
- Design assurance frameworks that evidence compliance through insight, audit and data.
- Provide clear, risk-based reporting to the Executive Team, Board and governance committees.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team focused on customer safety.

You have
- You have senior leadership experience in a complex, regulated environment.
- You have strong knowledge of building safety, fire safety and landlord compliance requirements.
- You have experience designing and operating assurance and governance frameworks.
- You have a track record of influencing Executive teams, Boards and governance committees.
- You have a relevant qualification such as NEBOSH, CIOB or equivalent experience.
The practical bits
- You'll work Monday to Friday.
- You'll work flexible hours with flexibility built in.
- We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in one of our offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds or Newcastle, with the rest from home.
- Car allowance included in your package.
- You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for.
