Working in our properties across the North East, our office is in Belmont Durham. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday. ÂŁ38,372 per annum plus van, generous on call allowance and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

What you’ll do:
- As a multi skilled Gas Engineer, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
- Servicing, repairs and installation of domestic gas appliances.
- Delivering high-quality, safe and compliant work.
- Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes.
- Working in our properties across the North East.
- All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have:
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent ACS accredited in CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CPA1 and CENWAT.
- Experience in gas and heating works in domestic housing.
- Fault finding experience and an excellent knowledge to ensure gas servicing and repairs are diagnosed and repaired effectively.
- Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
Job details:
- You’ll work Monday to Friday.
- We work between the hours of 08:30 am to 4:30 pm with an on-call allowance.
- You’ll cover a patch in the North East region, working across key locations.
- You get a van for business use and commuting, plus a fuel card.
- You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for.
