Job Description – CQC Supported Living Worker (251002)
Supported Living Worker – CQC Accommodation Based
Location: Driffield, Albion House
Type: Permanent, part-time (16 hpw), includes day shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
Salary: £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) [pro-rata] plus benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as our Supported Living Worker
- Assist customers with daily living tasks to promote independence
- Support with activities like cooking, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining tenancies
- Help attend appointments, hobbies, college, or work
- Support personal care and medication needs as per support plans
- Conduct risk assessments, support planning, and reviews
- Build rapport through conversations and team collaboration
You have
- A Level 2 or above in social care or willingness to work towards it
- Passion for supporting others and attention to detail
- Experience caring for others, either professionally or personally
- Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and be resilient
- A flexible and personal approach, understanding individual needs
