Job Description – CQC Bank Supported Living Worker (26231)
Earn £12.60 per hour plus £50 per sleep in shift and great benefits

What you’ll do
- Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans
- Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services
- Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
- Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
- Level 2 in social care (or willing to work towards it).
- Passionate about helping customers live best life.
- Experience caring for others (in work, family, or personal life).
- Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach
- A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs, recognisingthat every customer is different
- Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork
You need a vehicle and a valid driving licence to travel between services (mileage paid)
You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
