Earn £26,300 per year (pro rata), £13.45 per hour and great benefits including Health Cash Plan – this role is live in and includes a property onsite on a rent‑free basis.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the scheme on behalf of our residents, ensuring that our buildings are safe, secure and meet required safety standards.
  • Provide visibility on the scheme, engaging with customers, responding to calls and ensuring a warm, safe and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure communal areas are clean, safe and welcoming, and support residents in socialising in communal spaces.
  • Work with partner contractors for any repairs and maintenance in communal living areas, and support sourcing suitable local suppliers where needed.
  • Signpost customers to relevant services to support their welfare and improve their lives.
  • Support the sales team when a new property becomes available, interview new potential customers and provide a warm welcome as they move in.

You have:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to build relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of the health and social issues that affect older people.
  • Some experience in safeguarding and carrying out risk assessments.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with different partners.
  • Strong administrative skills – can manage accounts, budgets, and invoicing for repairs to our buildings, communal areas and gardens.
  • A self‑starter attitude, organized, initiative‑driven and able to make independent decisions.
  • Flexibility to adapt your working hours; let us know your availability when you interview.
  • Capacity to work primarily alone, while meeting occasional evening requirements to support residents.
  • Proficiency in using technology to update records, complete online learning and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Will obtain an Enhanced DBS check, which we will pay for.
