Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) based in Gloucestershire, with extensive travel required to cover all service properties, including Oxfordshire, Herefordshire and Birmingham.
Want to help create a clean, tidy home for vulnerable people? We house customers with low to medium support needs, and you’ll be at the heart of ensuring they have a homely place to live.
Your main responsibilities will be to work with the support team and handyperson team to turn around void rooms effectively to house someone else who needs it. There may also be occasions when you’re asked to help clean team offices and communal areas of properties, however this will be on an ad hoc or one-off basis.
What you’ll do:
- Work with a supportive team to keep communal areas and properties spotless, creating spaces that feel cared for and comfortable.
- You’ll prepare void rooms ready for our next customer to move in.
- Give the office a spruce up when needed, keeping workspaces fresh and pleasant.

You have:
- Some experience of general cleaning duties.
- A positive attitude and respect for customers, maintaining professional boundaries while showing kindness and understanding.
- Your ability to work on your initiative and as part of a team, making sure tasks are completed to a high standard.
- To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!

- You’ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that.
