Responsibilities

  • Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
  • Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning.
  • The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network isn’t around to help.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly.
  • Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour.

Job details

Based at our service in Camborne, Cornwall. Working a rolling rota between the hours of 8pm and 6am. Although you’ll work nights / lone work, we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings. Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check (we pay for it).
